Since its inception in 1978, HAVCO has been the industry leader in the production of the highest quality 100% oak laminated flooring and on the leading edge of innovation and improvement.

We use continued research and testing to improve the strength, flexibility and durability of our floors, and we only use 100% oak because tests reveal it to be superior to maple and other hardwoods in resisting decay.

Our product quality is measured and documented by in-house testing, which is conducted many times on a daily basis. We have a dedicated quality control department with experienced personnel that work tirelessly to ensure the delivery of the highest quality flooring.

We conduct industry standard tests to measure bend strength, dry shear and wet shear strengths of our flooring.

Our quality inspectors have the authority to scrap flooring product that does not meet the HAVCO standard, which exceeds the industry standard. To ensure long term performance, we adhere to strict quality controls throughout the manufacturing process.

From time to time, we work with the OEMs to conduct full-scale tests of our flooring products installed in trailers. The full-scale tests are conducted according to TTMA standards. We partner with fleets to conduct field testing of our flooring products.
